Sarah and I love this image. It puts us in the mood for summer entertaining. The lighting is just splendid reflecting off the glass and contrasting with the warmth from the color of the candles against the dark wood. Really lovely.

Renée and Sarah, thanks for commenting. This image was taken at one of Carla's job. It was a birthday party held under two huge tents in Charlottesville, VA. It definitely creates the mood for a relaxing summer gathering.

If I were asked to assign a photo to the word "Summer," it would look very much like this. The strip of green in the background and the solid yellow tones of the candles (?) in front are just so perfectly resplendent of summer. Nicely nicely done, Matthew.
